Technical Support Director
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Richard George as Customer Support Director for the UK and Ireland from July 2003.
Richard has been with MiTek for fifteen years and most recently has been a Senior Technical Support Manager. Richard replaces Scott Reichensperger who has been promoted to the position of Director of Regional Technical Support for MiTek in the U.S. We wish Scott every success with his new position.
Internal Support Manager
Duncan Parley has been appointed Internal Support Manager from June 2003. Duncan has worked for MiTek in New Zealand, the UK and America and has an in-depth knowledge of the company and its software. Reporting to Richard, Duncan will take responsibility for the helpdesk, training, the development of reports, framing files and met files, as well as providing a focal point for software enhancement requests.
Technical Support Manager
Following Richard’s promotion, David Mueller is being promoted to Technical Support Manager from July 2003. David has been with MiTek Industries Ltd for almost four years and previously worked for MiTek in South Africa as an Area Manager. David will take on a technical support role while retaining his current involvement in the support of Panel and PrimeCad.
