Protect Your Equipment with Extended Support Plans
 
 
Extended support plans are now available for your MiTek machinery! These plans can help you maximize the efficiency of your equipment by providing you with help and maintenance assistance from MiTek Machinery Division Customer Service. We highly recommend an extended support plan for highly technical equipment such as Cyber®, Cyber® A/T, SmartSet®, and SmartSet® Pro saws.
 
The extended support plans and general support plans offer the on-site services of MiTek technicians for equipment installation, repair, modification, and adjustment. Technicians are also available to train equipment operators, and consult about various truss plant issues.
 
Extended support plans for saws assume a one-day, on-site visit. The plan listed below is for the Cyber A/T, but a similar plan can be designed for any piece of machinery:
  • An 80-point inspection
  • Chain tension adjustments (as needed)
  • Inspection and alignment of infeeds, hold-downs, and carriage
  • Calibration of saw
  • Review of PLC fault tables for possible problems and correct as necessary
  • Review of touch screen software for possible problems and correct as necesary
  • Review and recommendation of maintenance practices
  • A quote detailing the need for any replacement parts and/or MiTek labor to perform required work
  • A 10% discount on parts quoted for recommended replacement parts for 30 days from the quote date
In addition, you will receive free WebEx technical support for your saw computer for the period covered by your program. The normal fee for WebEx technical support is $150 per hour.
