65 T Timber Stretcher
Auto 8 & 10

The Auto 8 or Auto 10 are table presses with a large pressing capacity. They are ideal for the manufacture of large span complex trusses and short production runs.  J-Slot, Uni-Strut ot Tapped Steel Tops are available with various jigging options, enabling extremely fast set up times. The wide platen and the 50 tonne capacity enables simultaneous pressing of multiple joints, reducing pressing time.
Easy-Set Multi-Head

The Easy-Set Multi-Head press combines the rapid pressing cycle of multi head presses, with the speed and ease of setup associated with the popular Flo-Jig Systems.  Flo-Jigs have been the main production facility of many truss plants, as they can readily handle a wide variety of truss shapes.
Easy-Set Multi-Head Jack-Jig

The Easyset Multi-head Jack-jig has been designed specifically for the fast manufacture of hip and jack trusses. This machine incorporates several features which provide an advantage over production of similar trusses using table presses or drop hammers.  A specially designed jig is used incorporating a fixed bottom chord rail and top chord rail that is adjusted in a few seconds to the pitch and span of the truss.

Gantry Press

The Gantry Press & Flo-Jig System is ideal for samll to medium size truss plants.  It is an efficient two man system which allows production output to be increased by the addition operators and adding a second jig.  The Gantry Press & Flo-Jig System is versatile and very quick to set up, making it an ideal manufacturing system for the increasingly complex roof shapes of the modern home.
MiTek Lintel Press

MiTek Lintel press is a fast and efficient machine for pressing MiTek Lintel plates into prefabricated wall frames.  Placed beside existing wallframing conveyors it provides squaring of the wall frame using pneumatic clamps and hydraulic pressing of all sizes of MiTek Lintel plates.
HydraLITE

The HydraLITE is a cost effective computerised multi-head press combining the flexibility of a manual machine, with the speed and ease of computer controlled set-up on apex and bottom chord heads.
HydraPRESS

The HydraPRESS has been developed for short production runs and is capable of efficiently manufacturing many of the more complex truss shapes for which conventional multi-head presses have not been considered suitable. As the press head positioning, timber stop, camber adjustment and plate location are all automatically positioned the HydraPRESS can be efficient with production runs of little as 1 or 2 trusses.
Jack Rabbit

MiTek's JackRabbit Coil Fed Joint Assembly Machine is the fastest, easiest, and most efficient way to produce multiple jack trusses or multiple wood or plastic parts! Leave the traditional assembly method of "cutting and nailing" behind.  No staples or nails! Now a single operator can get strong, dependable connections in seconds!

Jack Table Press

MiTek are now building an 1800mm wide Jack Table Press.  Pressing platen is 300 wide and has steel blocks at either end under the platen to prevent uneven pressing.  Machines are 3 phase 415V.  Available table configurations are: 6.1m (20'), 7.3m (24') or 9.1m (30') long table, all with either a plain plastic top or Unistrut at 450 centres with plastic in-fills.
Kwikset Bottom Chord Press

The bottom chord press consists of a C-Frame press head mounted onto a carriage.  This travels manually or automatically between the pressing points of the truss bottom chord set up on a Flo-Thru jig.  The bottom chord press works along side a standard Portal or Gantry press system, where the existing press head is used to press top chord nail-plates.  This halves the pressing time of each truss, significantly increasing production.
Multi-Head Jack-Jig Mark-2

The Multi-head Jack-jig Mark-2 has been designed specifically for the fast manufacture of hip and jack trusses. This machine incorporates several features which provide an advantage over production of similar trusses using table presses or drop hammers.

Portal Press

The Portal Press & Flo-Jig System is ideal for small to medium size truss plants. It is an efficient two man system which allows production output to be increased by the addition of operators and by adding a second jig. The Portal Press & Flo-Jig System is versatile and very quick to set up, making it an ideal manufacturing system for the increasingly complex roof shapes of the modern home.

Roof Tracker

The RoofTracker is the latest in a long line of super productive trackless roller presses from MiTek.  New design improvements, plus the best of MiTeks RoofGlider and TEE-LOK's TeeTracker, are combined in this state-of-the-art roof truss machine.  There are no floor rails so the trip hazard is gone, and the slotted top tables provide clear access to the jigging area.
Strut Runner Mark-2

The Strut Runner Mark-2 is a table press with jigging specifically designed for the production of MiTek Posi-STRUT and Posi-JOIST trusses. This press produces quality trusses more quickly than rival presses by pressing Posi-STRUT webs on both sides of the truss simultaneously, hence pressing each truss in a single pass rather the the traditional two. The Strut Runner Mark-2 is a excellent addition to any truss plant.
Super Titan Press

The Super Titan Press is designed to manufacture large span complex shaped roof trusses. The Super Titan with large pressing capacity, walk-in table design and truss ejectors, makes easy work of these difficult trusses.
