Safe and Easy Jack Truss Production
Are you completely happy with your jack truss production
process? Even though the trusses are small and can help
eliminate waste by using up small pieces of wood, assembling many small trusses can be time-consuming. In addition, some machines used to press plates into jack trusses may not provide adequate plate embedment.
Poor plate embedment presents quite a problem, especially
since hand-feeding small trusses through a Finish Roller is not recommended. Careless hand-feeding can be a safety hazard. But how can you ensure your plates are completely embedded, and your final product is up to your standards, without this final step?
The answer is the Jack TableTM platen press. This press is
specifically designed for jack trusses.  The press features a hydraulic platen to ensure your plates are quickly, efficiently, and completely embedded in the truss material. Choose between 30- or 50-ton pressing capacity.
Other options include a plastic or wood table top, and lengths from 20 to 30 feet to meet your individual production needs. The machine can be installed in just a few hours and features an easy-to-use joystick interface. You can even get U-channel slots in the table top if you wish to use jigging.
The Jack Table quickly and economically eliminates the safety
hazards of traditional jack truss production. It is an essential,
affordable addition to the state-of-the-art truss plant.
