MiTek Machinery Division Customer Service can now provide on-line assistance for computer-related machinery issues. This support uses a remote service, WebExTM, to enable Customer Service technicians to access your computer via the Internet to troubleshoot computer issues and transfer needed software updates to customers' PCs.
 
WebEx is very similar to other online meeting software such as NetMeetingTM. Connection time varies, but is usually around ten to fifteen minutes. WebEx technical support is available for $100 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum unless warranty repairs apply.
 
In order to utilize this service, customers must have a high-speed Internet connection. If using the service for the first time, customers must download and install WebEx software, which is available on the WebEx Internet site at http://www.webex.com/.
