  • Added feature - Can now flip parts to cut them in a different orientation from the main screen. Right-click on the part, and select Top-Bottom or Left-Right.
  • Added feature - Can configure the default orientation for part types 2 and 3. See Tools/Options/Orientation and select the proper orientation.
  • Added feature - When run in Simulator mode, a graphic view of the blades and conveyors and transport is shown to depict how the saw moves into a setup. See Tools/Visualize.
  • Fixed defect - Part types that had two negative cuts on the trailing end would not import properly.


  • Fixed defect - the fix for the 2x10 part type 13 with 45 heels blade 4 setting up high in version 1.1.10 created a problem with scissors heels - blade 4 would setup on the right plane, but up too high in some cases.


  • Added feature - Either keyin screen can be set as the default, the standard keyin or the enhanced keyin.
  • Improvement - Will re-orient parts that are likely to generate a telescope error on arm 4.
  • Fixed defect - on short heels on tall stock, blade 4 would set up too high.
  • Fixed defect - no error was displayed when there is only one trailing cut and its made on arm 3 which has an error.
  • Fixed defect - arm errors on 1 and 4, or 1 and 3 (when the cut is made there instead of 4) were not being handled properly when a file was imported.
  • Fixed defect - part validation wasn't being called on a keyin part.


  • Added feature - if a two-angle part has a long scarf and cannot be cut on blade 4, it will get cut on blade 3.
  • Added feature - all parts graphics in the cutlist and on the bottom of the screen are drawn to scale.
  • Improvement - keyin screen changed so that any of the following items can be modified to modify a cut - the cut height, width, or length.
  • Improvement - when importing xml files, bevels are removed from the parts to allow them to be cut.
  • Improvement - reduced false crash senses by not monitoring the crash sensor when in Auto and any blade is running and the conveyor is enabled.
  • Improvement - added Any as an Import file type, so it can import either xml or omn files based on the extension.
  • Fixed defect - calibration parts were not using the calibration tables, so if you cut them twice to verify it would cut the same as the first time.
  • Fixed defect - keyin parts were not using the calibration tables.


  • Added feature - Added the Truss field to the cut list.


  • Added feature - Added the Truss field as a printable field (used when importing .xml files).
  • Improvement - Updated to .NET 2.0 Framework.
  • Improvement - Decreased minimum length requirement to 95" for parts of large stock widths (x6 and up) to use the standard conveyor positioning.
  • Fixed defect - would not work in 4-blade mode.
  • Fixed defect - inital sort order when program was started with a previously loaded cutlist was incorrect.
  • Fixed defect - exception was thrown when setting scissors heel to zero.
  • Fixed defect - label shown for default job field was incorrect.
  • Fixed defect - Added variation of part type 9 that could not be parsed previously.
  • Fixed defect - when the scarf angle is less severe than the scissors heel angle, it created an invalid part with no error message.
  • Fixed defect - Added variation of part type 6 that wouldn't import.
  • Fixed defect - if a database was opened by another application, the compress would fail and the application couldn't continue.
